Serge Lutens offers a refined return process, allowing you to return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please note that for hygiene reasons, fragrance and beauty items must remain sealed to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Care team or log into your online account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully place the items in their original box along with the completed return form, ensuring the products are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Shipment

  Affix the provided prepaid label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and verifies the condition of your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
